Victoria Duffy is a graduate from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where she completed her Master’s of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M. OMSc). Here, she thoroughly studied anatomy, physiology, joint mechanics, mechanical principles, as well as osteopathic theory.

Victoria is a member and in good standing with Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN). She is also the OSTCAN provincial representative for PEI.

Victoria is dedicated to providing her patients with thorough osteopathic assessment and customized treatment with a strong knowledge of anatomy and collective mechanics. Her passion for health and wellness has been a life long interest and she is excited to show her patient’s the benefits that osteopathy can provide.

Outside of the clinic, Victoria can be found walking her dogs, trying to make baking recipes “healthy”, going to pilates and travelling!

Julie Grant is our clinic’s registered nurse and has been assisting our physician, Dr Duffy since 2021. She graduated from the UPEI Faculty of Nursing with Dean’s List distinction in 2018. She is currently in the process of pursuing her Masters in the thesis stream. Prior to her work as a nurse injector, Julie worked as a medical-surgical RN and continues to work part-time in acute care. Julie completed her certification for neuromodulators with Dr. Charles Duffy MD, in February 2022 and has been treating under his guidance since then. Julie has recently completed neuromodulator training with Sarah Coady BN, MN, NP. During her spare time, Julie enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband and dogs.

Cassie Andrews RN has been a welcomed addition to our Elle team! Cassie graduated from Dalhousie University with her BScN where she then went on to take the critical care program. After working ICU in Halifax for several years, she moved to the island. For the last 4 years she has been working the ICU here in Charlottetown and doing travel nursing contracts in Nova Scotia and the Northwest Territories. Cassie is excited to change gears and to part of the team here at Elle Medi Spa where she is currently assisting Dr. Duffy. In her spare time Cassie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, dog and 2 cats.

Dr. Charles Duffy is an Island Physician who has worked in Family and Emergency Medicine for over 30 years. It is important to him that his patients are well informed and satisfied with their treatments. This is ensured by providing a two week post treatment re check appointment after the patient’s initial treatment. Dr.Duffy strives to achieve a natural look for his patients. He believes the best treatment outcome is to subtly enhance the patient’s natural features. Dr. Duffy is a member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine (CAAM). As well, he attends the annual CAAM conference to keep his techniques up to date for his clients. Dr.Duffy received his Medical Aesthetics training from Dr. Martin MD and his Advanced Training from Dr. Van Aardt MD.
